Returns Policy
At ClickPrinters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our 30-day hassle-free returns policy allows you to return most items for a full refund or exchange.
30-Day Return Window
You may return any eligible item within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, including all original packaging, accessories, manuals and documentation. Items that show signs of damage caused by the customer, or that are missing components, may not be eligible for a full refund.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email contact@clickprinters.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will review your request and respond within one business day with return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
- Securely package the item using the original packaging where possible and attach the provided shipping label.
- Drop the package at the designated carrier location or schedule a pickup.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or a fulfilment error on our part.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free return and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including any original shipping costs. Photographs of the damage or defect are helpful but not required to initiate a claim.
